Global Training Network trains and equips pastors in Majority World countries how to lead their churches for Christ. In my time with GTN, I have helped shape the culture of the ministry with a staff of over 180 from all across the country and empowered them to raise funding and maintain strong connection with their supporters through quality marketing and media resources.

• Global storytelling and travel to visit church leaders in Cambodia, Thailand, Zambia, Nepal, Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda, Guatemala, and India.

As Creative & Communication Director for the Central Office, I stewarded the culture of the church family by taking abstract vision with executive leadership and putting it into action across all platforms, gatherings, and churches.

• Creative and communication direction including marketing, brand creation and maintenance, language guides, website development, video production and direction, social media direction, stage direction, and event and conference production.

• Built and maintained structure for church planting.

• Built and maintained discipleship track from new guests, to church basics, to community participation, theology courses, and mentorships.

 

Operations Director

Calvary Frontier, June 2004 – Mar 2010

Calvary Frontier is a multi-site church in Prescott, AZ. As Operations Director, I oversaw the day-to-day church function as well as led special initiatives to improve overall operational infrastructure.

• Built and managed a volunteer team of about 100 church members to provide complete janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance services for all church properties.

• Oversaw day-to-day operations for all church services, events, facilities uses, building maintenance, and overnight security.

• Capital campaigns, giving initiatives, building planning and renovation direction, interior design, utilties planning, and budget oversight.

• Led production for large events, stage design, and church services.

• Taught and led kids, high school, and college ministries. Helped lead youth camps for high school and middle school students.

Driven Music was a worship ministry of high-production concerts with elaborate art exhibits and interactive room environments.

• Built and managed a team of artists who contributed pieces toward specific art themes for each event.
